For customers who are local, visiting us in-store is still the best way to find your perfect pack. Not only can our knowledgeable staff help you with a comprehensive fitting, but you can also compare how a range of different packs feel on your back.

However, we know this isn't possible for everyone - that's why we are offering an Online Custom Pack Fitting Service. This service comes complementary with any packs purchased from us. This is not only for online pack purchases, but also if you got a pack fitted with us in-store and need some more adjustments at any point. If you would like fitting assistance with one of the pack styles we carry but didn't purchase the pack from us, we can still help! The charge for this service is $39.95.

To book your Custom Pack Fitting with one of our team members, email us at sales@backpackinglight.com.au, including a copy of your order/receipt. The video fitting service is conducted via Skype or Facetime - please make sure you have one of these set-up.
